Shipping Details

Once your order has been accepted, we aim to delivery your item(s) within 2 - 4 days. You will receive an e-mail notification from us as soon as your shipment has been sent. You can also track and view orders at

Please be aware that all our items cannot be shipped to American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Palau or the Pacific Islands.
You are highly recommended to avoid using P.O Box address to receive the package.

Late/Lost Deliveries

If your delivery is late, please contact us with your order ID and tracking number which we sent you by e-mail. 

In the event of non-delivery we can only resend the the order or offer gift certificate after the Post Office classifies the parcel as wlost mailhy.

Please be noticed that the postal office always need few months to investigate the lost mail issue.
Please Note if no one is available to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to your local Mail sorting office.

Please double check the shipping information during checking out the shopping cart.
